Fish Moulee

Hi friends we all know that fish is the superstar of any Bengali menu and we can't do without it. So here I am with another fish recipe . This dish is popular in Kerala , but since it includes fish I am sure all fish lovers would love it. I learned it from my sis in law and mother . So let's start. Ingredients:- Boneless fish- 500gms  1 medium size onion ( cut into long slices) I medium size tomato ( cut into small pieces) 1 medium size capsicum ( cut either vertically or horizontally in round shape) 1 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp mustard seeds 5-6 curry leaves 4-5 tbsp of white oil Salt according to your taste Procedure:- First cut the fish into medium sizes and mix one tbsp of salt to it . Shukto

Hi friends I am back and this time I want to share with you a recipe which is very common in a typical Bengali household. Infact one can identify a Bengali cuisine with this recipe. It is called "shukto". But the uniqueness of this dish is that the recipe varies from region to region and from families to families. This recipe is usually handed down from one generation to another. I have learnt this dish from my mother. Hello my friends today I will share with you a mouth watering meat recipe . It is called Mutton Rogan Josh .One of the unique thing about this recipe is that you don't use onion garlic or tomato in this recipe. Pancakes are universal favourite dish for breakfast . It is liked by both kids and adults. But it has different versions in different countries. In Russia or in other countries which was earlier part of Soviet Union, pancakes are called Blini which is similar to French crepes. MANGO CHEESECAKE

Hello friends whenever we think of the month of summer two things come to our mind . One is the scorching heat of the sun and the other is  the juicy delicious fruit mango. So in order to soothe your scorched bodies I decided to share with you the recipe of a cool dessert  whose main ingredient is mango. It is called mango cheesecake. Usually it is made with cream cheese. But I will share with you an easier method which could be made with easily available ingredients. Cheesecake are usually made in two ways. Hi friends since we are now in the middle of Easter festivities I decided why not we indulge into some sweet things. In summer we identify coolness with anything to do with lemon or mint. Today I will share with you a sweet dish whose main ingredient is lemon. It is called the lemon pudding.                               Ingredients:- One and half cup of milk 4 tablespoon butter 1/3 cup of flour One cup sugar ( grinded) 4 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon lemon jest 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Hello friends I am back with a new recipe. It is a very common dish liked by all as starters or tea snacks. I am sharing with you the vegetable version for the benefit of my vegetarian friends . For the non veg version the procedure is same but only you have to add shredded chicken or lamb in the fillings .                                       Before I start the recipe I just want to add here that for making the spring roll one must need spring roll wrappers which might be available readymade in the market or you might make it at home. Then I recently watched a movie about a blog writer and realised that being a blog writer you have a   responsibility towards your readers. So here I am once again sharing a tasty recipe with you.  Winter season always meant to me time of holidays and gorging cakes and pudding. Rich plum cake is usually the toast of the season but I will share its recipe later.
