Chicken Plov or Pilaf

 Hi friends today I have come up with a recipe which is a traditional food of Uzbekistan.  It is  some kind of national dish in most of these Central Asian countries . Even in Tussia it is a very popular dish,It is similar to our chicken pulao but slightly different. Usually they make it with beef or lamb but since I am more of a chicken lover I will share the chicken version. It is very easy to make and very delicious to eat . So let’s start the recipe . Ingredients:- Rice - 3 cups (approx 750 gm) Chicken - 1 kg Carrot - 500 gms chopped long and 1 cm thick Onion - 250 gms finely chopped  Garlic - 1 whole only remove the outer layer Cumin powder-1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Pepper powder -11/2 tbsp Bay leaf Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp Butter -50 gms Salt and sugar  Water -7 cups  Procedure;- First take a thick bottomed pan and put oil and butter in it . Add the bay leaf . Then put the onion . Fry it till translucent. Add the chicken . Fry it till light brown....
