Chicken Meat Loaf

 I have found a very easy way to make a very nutritious and tasty food which can be your complete meal if paired with carbs.              Ingredients:- Chicken Breast minced - 500 gms Carrot minced -100 gms ( 2 medium size) Onion -100 gms chopped Garlic-50 gms chopped( 5-6 big size) Green chilli chopped Pepper-2 tsp Oregano-1 tbsp Parsley - 2 tbsp Bread slice- 1 Milk -2-3 tbsp required to soak the bread Egg-1 no Chilli flakes - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce-2 tsp Tomato sauce 3-4 tbs Olive oil-2-3 tbsp Procedure:- First soak the bread slice in the milk and keep it aside. Take a mixing bowl and mix salt pepper & worstershire sauce with the mince chicken. Grate your carrot, mince your onion and garlic& parsley leaves .Add all this ingredients with the chicken mix Smash the the soaked bread and add it along with an egg . Its spicyness will definitely keep you warm inside . I don’t know how much authentic this recipe is but I have tasted this kind of chicken curry in PWD guest house where we used to stay during our vacations. The Apple Pie

 Hi friends I am back with another dessert dish . It is very simple but at the same time very delicious and I think the Americans can vouch for me . It is there most common dessert . The Apple Pie . Today I  made it from scratch and will share it with you . Ingredients:- For pie crust:- Flour- 2 cups Unsalted butter -75gms Salt Cold water 1/4 cup For filling:- Apple- 5 nos peeled cut into small pieces Lemon juice 3 tbsp Sugar -4 cup tbsp Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp Cornstarch - 1 tbsp Raisins  Procedure:- First let’s make sure he pie crust . Cut the butter into small cubes and start mix it with the flour . Add a pinch of salt . Continue mixing it till the flour take the shape of small crumbles . Chicken Plov or Pilaf

 Hi friends today I have come up with a recipe which is a traditional food of Uzbekistan.  It is  some kind of national dish in most of these Central Asian countries . Even in Tussia it is a very popular dish,It is similar to our chicken pulao but slightly different. Usually they make it with beef or lamb but since I am more of a chicken lover I will share the chicken version. It is very easy to make and very delicious to eat . So let’s start the recipe . Ingredients:- Rice - 3 cups (approx 750 gm) Chicken - 1 kg Carrot - 500 gms chopped long and 1 cm thick Onion - 250 gms finely chopped  Garlic - 1 whole only remove the outer layer Cumin powder-1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Pepper powder -11/2 tbsp Bay leaf Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp Butter -50 gms Salt and sugar  Water -7 cups  Procedure;- First take a thick bottomed pan and put oil and butter in it . Kadhai chicken

 Hi friends today I have come to share with you a very tasty and easy chicken recipe . It is very popular in North India and requires very few ingredients. So let’s begin with the preparation. Ingredients:- For Kadhai masala:- Coriander seeds-1 tbsp  Fennel seeds -1 tsp Red chilli-2  You have to dry roast these ingredients and grind it into powder. Chicken -500 gms  Kaju paste-4 tbsp Tomato  1 big size Onion 2 medium size Capsicum 1 big Ginger paste -1tbsp Garlic paste -1 tbsp Lemon juice -2 tbsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Kasoori methi 1 tsp Cream - 4 tbsp Oil 5 tbsp Procedure:- First slice the capsicum and half of one onion into medium size cubes. Fry them in high flame for few minutes until you get a grilled flavour. Remove it Now add another tbsp of oil and fry 1 tsp of jeera and red chilli . Apple kheer

 Hi friends with the festive season peeping round the corner today I want to share a sweet dish with you which I am sure won’t disappoint your sweet tooth . It is called apple kheer . So let’s begin. Ingredients:- Milk - full cream one litre Apple -2 medium size cut small thin slices Condensed milk 1/2cup Sugar - 3 tbs Cornstarch -2 tbs Dry fruits -(almonds , cashew, raisins) -1 /2 cup Cardamom powder -1 tsp Kesar - few strands Procedure:- First take a fry pan, put 3-4 tbs of water and stir the apple pieces in it . Add the sugar in it . Fry the apple till it become light brown . Remove it from pan and strain the excess juice if any and let it cool . In another pan boil the milk . Keep on stirring and add the dry fruit in it . Add the condensed milk and keeping on stirring in medium flame .  Hi friends. After my chicken marathon let me share a veg dish with you . In Delhi it is one of the most popular dish among paneer lovers . It is very easy to cook and very tasty to eat .  Ingredients:- Paneer -300 gms Onion -2 medium size Green capsicum - 1 big Tomato -2 small size Ginger paste -1 tsp Coriander seeds -1 tbsp Red chilli -1 whole Salt Oil -4 tbsp Turmeric powder -1 tsp Chilli powder -1 tsp Procedure:- First dry roast the coriander seeds and red chilli in a pan . Remove it from heat and grind it into a coarse powder . Set it aside . Cut the paneer into medium size . Chop the capsicum and one onion into thick wedges . Grate the other onion . Then take a pan put oil and then sauté the grated onion . Add turmeric and chilli powder . Add the chopped tomatoes and ginger paste . Stir fry it till the tomato become soft .
