Hi friends today I have come to share with you a very tasty and easy chicken recipe . It is very popular in North India and requires very few ingredients. So let’s begin with the preparation.
Ingredients:-
For Kadhai masala:-
Coriander seeds-1 tbsp
Fennel seeds -1 tsp
Red chilli-2
You have to dry roast these ingredients and grind it into powder.
Chicken -500 gms
Kaju paste-4 tbsp
Tomato 1 big size
Onion 2 medium size
Capsicum 1 big
Ginger paste -1tbsp
Garlic paste -1 tbsp
Lemon juice -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Cream - 4 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Procedure:-
First slice the capsicum and half of one onion into medium size cubes. Fry them in high flame for few minutes until you get a grilled flavour. Remove it
Now add another tbsp of oil and fry 1 tsp of jeera and red chilli . After you get the smell add onion pieces and ginger and garlic paste . Fry for some time and then add the chicken. Add the Kadhai masala to it and mix it properly and then cover the lid and cook it in low flame for 10 mins . After add the tomato and the kaju paste and again cook it for another 10 mins . After that add the lemon juice and cream . Simmer it for a while . Then add the kasoori methi . Add the fried capsicum and onion . Give it a stir and sprinkle the coriander leaves above it . Remove it from gas and serve it with hot roti.
