Malai Chicken

 Hello friends to carry on the chicken marathon I have brought another chicken recipe . It is called malai chicken. It is a very simple but tasty dish . Hope you will try it and love it . 


Ingredients:-

Boneless chicken breast -500 gms

Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp

Grated onion- 1 medium size

Black pepper -1 tsp

Cardamom powder -1 tsp

Cinnamon stick -1

Bay leaves

Lemon juice 3 tbsp

Almond paste -2 tbsp

Milk -1 cup

Cream -1/2 cup

Ghee

Kasoori methi-1 tsp 

Salt

Procedure :-

First cut the breast into medium size pices and pat them dry with tissue . Then marinate the chicken with salt , black pepper, ginger garlic paste , lemon juice and 2 tbsp of cream and almond paste for 4 hrs . Then heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add bay leaf and cinnamon stick and salt. Fry the grated onion till it becomes soft . Add cardamom powder to it . Add the marinated chicken and fry it for 5 mins . Add the milk and cream , stir it and then cover it and let it cook in low flame for another 15 mins . When the chicken is fully cooked crush the kasoori methi and add it to the chicken.  When the gravy turns thick remove it from fire . Serve it with hot kulcha or parantha .

Chicken Bharta

 Hello friends Chicken being my favourite food I always end up making dishes which include chicken. I try to cook it in different styles and ways. Today I will share with you a dish which is very common in North India but very easy to cook . Apple kheer

 Hi friends with the festive season peeping round the corner today I want to share a sweet dish with you which I am sure won’t disappoint your sweet tooth . It is called apple kheer . So let’s begin. Ingredients:- Milk - full cream one litre Apple -2 medium size cut small thin slices Condensed milk 1/2cup Sugar - 3 tbs Cornstarch -2 tbs Dry fruits -(almonds , cashew, raisins) -1 /2 cup Cardamom powder -1 tsp Kesar - few strands Procedure:- First take a fry pan, put 3-4 tbs of water and stir the apple pieces in it . Add the sugar in it . Fry the apple till it become light brown . Remove it from pan and strain the excess juice if any and let it cool . In another pan boil the milk . Keep on stirring and add the dry fruit in it . Add the condensed milk and keeping on stirring in medium flame .
