Hello friends. It has been a long time since I posted anything in my blog due to technical glitch . But now my son has solved the problem and so here I am with a tasty snack recipe called keema toast .
Chicken keema - 250 gms
Bread slices -5
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Black pepper -1 tsp
Lemon juice -2 tbsp
Oil
Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt
Egg -1
Procedure:-
First marinate the chicken keema with salt , pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp of oil for 3-4 hrs . After marination add finely chopped green chilli and coriander leaves to the keema . Break the egg and mix with it . Then take a slice of bread and spread the keema mixture over it like jam . Then heat 2 tbsp of oil and place the bread with the toppings facing the pan . Press the bread with the spatula from to time and cook it in medium heat . After 5 mins turn the bread and toast the other side brown . Remove it from pan and serve it with tomato sauce or any cold dip.
