Baursaki Kazakh Bread

Hello friends you must be familiar with doughnuts . In Kazakhstan similar kind of bread is found but in different shape and is called Baursaki . Let me share with you the recipe with you . Ingredients:- Flour - 1 cup Dry yeast - 1 1/2 tsp Sugar -2 tsp Salt a pinch Yoghurt - 2 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Water - 100ml Oil to fry Procedure:- First mix the sugar in sugar the lukewarm water and add the yeast to it . Let it rest for 10 mins so that the yeast gets activated . Then add the yoghurt and 2 tbsp of oil to it . Then start adding flour to the mixture . Here I want to add that although I have written 1 cup of flour you might require more than that . Just remember you have to make a soft tight dough just like bread . Knead it and keep it in a bowl covered with a clean wrap for 2 hrs so that the dough increase to its double size . After that flatten the dough and knead on a flat surface and roll it out . Afghani Omlette

Hello friends today I want to share with you a delicious breakfast dish called Afghani omelette. It is very easy to make and requires only some basic ingredients. Ingredients:- Egg -4 nod Potato -2 medium size Onion -1 medium size Tomato -2 medium size Grated coriander leaves Green chillies Black pepper Salt Sugar Oil-4 tbsp Procedure:- Cut the potatoes into small cubes . Then the onion and the tomatoes . Take care that all are cut in same size . Take a fry pan and put the oil . First add the potatoes to the hot oil and fry it for sometime. Then start adding the onions and later the tomatoes . Add salt and give it a toss for two minutes. Add crushed black pepper . Add half cup of water and cover it with a lid . Hello friends I hope all of you are safe and healthy. In time like this when we are spending most of our time at home it is necessary that you should have some hobby to keep you occupied . My hobby as you all know is cooking and I am doing just that . But I am trying out many dishes from other countries which are easy to cook and requires not many ingredients. Today I will share with you the recipe of fajita wraps. In order to make these wraps you can use readymade tortilla wraps or you might make your own wraps . I am going to share with you the recipe for tortillas as well. Ingredients for tortillas:- Flour -2 cups Baking powder -1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Water as required Procedure:- Mix all the above ingredients and make a soft tight dough.
