It has been often said that morning shows the day and I think that if you have a good breakfast your day starts with a bang. So today I will share with you a breakfast recipe which would definitely make your day. It is called the Spanish omlette
Ingredients:-
3 - eggs
1 medium sized onion cut into broad slices
1 small green capsicum cut into broad slices
You can use red bell pepper also instead of capsicum or use them both.
1 large potato cut into thin round slices.
1tsp - mixed herbs
3-4 basil leaves
Salt and pepper
4-5 tablespoon olive oil
One Frankfurt sausage cut into thin round slices
Procedure:-
First heat the frying pan and put oil in it. When the oil is heated add the potato slices. Fry it in medium flame and then add the onion and capsicum and bell pepper. Stir fry them. Add the basil leaves, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl beat the eggs while adding a pinch of salt . In the pan arrange the vegetables uniformly and then pour the beaten eggs. Spin the frying pan so that
eggs spread throughout uniformly.Arrange the sausage pieces over it. Sprinkle some pepper and mixed herbs over it. Reduce the flame to its lowest level and cover it with a lid. Wait for 5 minutes and then open the lid. If you find that the egg is done and not running then remove it from flame. Put it in a plate and enjoy a hearty breakfast.
