Hi friends. After my chicken marathon let me share a veg dish with you . In Delhi it is one of the most popular dish among paneer lovers . It is very easy to cook and very tasty to eat . Ingredients:- Paneer -300 gms Onion -2 medium size Green capsicum - 1 big Tomato -2 small size Ginger paste -1 tsp Coriander seeds -1 tbsp Red chilli -1 whole Salt Oil -4 tbsp Turmeric powder -1 tsp Chilli powder -1 tsp Procedure:- First dry roast the coriander seeds and red chilli in a pan . Remove it from heat and grind it into a coarse powder . Set it aside . Cut the paneer into medium size . Chop the capsicum and one onion into thick wedges . Grate the other onion . Then take a pan put oil and then sauté the grated onion . Add turmeric and chilli powder . Add the chopped tomatoes and ginger paste . Stir fry it till the tomato become soft . Add salt and 1 tsp of grounded masala . Add the capsicum and the bigger onion pieces . Sauté the mixture till the capsicum had become a little soft . ...
