Hello friends, during this time of lockdown we are often short of ideas regarding snacks during evening time . It is really difficult for mothers to make tasty snacks for her growing child everyday when you want to avoid all the outside foods to which your kids are used to. So for those people I want to share this simple recipe which is both tasty and easy to make .
Ingredients:-
Slice bread -2
Semolina -1/2 cup
Yogurt -3 tbsp
Onion -1 small finely chopped
Carrots - finely chopped
Beans - finely chopped
Tomato - finely chopped
Salt
Oil
Procedure:-
First of all mix the semolina and yogurt together and keep it aside for 10 mins. Then gather your rest of the ingredients and mix it with the semolina mixture. It would be a thick mixture. Then take a slide bread and spread the mixture on top of it . Take a fry pan. Put 2 tbsp of oil and put the bread on it with the mixture side facing the pan. Let that side get cooked well and press the bread from time to time . After 3 mins flip it and cook the other side. Remove it and serve it with ketchup.
