Chicken In Coconut Gravy

Hi friends I hope you are liking the recipes I am sharing and trying out at your homes. Today I will share with you a recipe from our neighbouring country Burma or today's Myanmar. It is called Chicken Khowsey or one may say chicken in coconut gravy. Usually this gravy is applied over boiled noodles but I have found out that it also goes very nice with steamed rice. Although I have used chicken legs here one may use boneless chicken also. So let's begin with the recipe. Ingredients:- 6-Chicken legs medium size            OR 500 gms -Boneless chicken 5 -tbsp white oil 100 gms - spring onion cut into small pieces ( separate the green part from white part) 100 gms- onion cut into small pieces 1 tbsp - ginger paste 1 tsp - coriander powder 1 cup - coconut milk Salt according to your taste Procedure:- First heat the pan and put the oil on it. Spanish Omlette

It has been often said that morning shows the day and I think that if you have a good breakfast your day starts with a bang. So today I will share with you a breakfast  recipe  which would definitely make your day. It is called the Spanish omlette Ingredients:- 3 - eggs 1 medium sized onion cut into broad slices 1 small green capsicum cut into broad slices You can use red bell pepper also instead of capsicum or use them both. 1 large potato cut into thin round slices. 1tsp - mixed herbs 3-4 basil leaves Salt and pepper 4-5 tablespoon olive oil One Frankfurt sausage cut into thin round slices Procedure:- First heat the frying pan and put oil in it. When the oil is heated add the potato slices. Fry it in medium flame and then add the onion and capsicum and bell pepper. Stir fry them. Add the basil leaves, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Paneer Doi Sorshe : A Bengali Recipe

Hello friends I have come back with another recipe. Being a true bong I greatly relate myself with anything cooked with sorshe bata and if it is steamed then hands down it will win the competition in my list of favourite recipes. Although generally fish is used in this type of preparation but today I will share the recipe made with paneer. I will keep the steamed fish recipe for another day. In Bengal usually we call anything steamed as " Bhapa" . The term comes from the word " Bhap" which means steam in Bengali. So let's start the recipe of Bhapa Paneer or Paneer Doi Sorshe.
